I recently saw an “infographic” that describes where your customers are and what they are doing:

Local and Mobile Search

It’s clear that your customers and prospects are using local search and mobile search to find you. As a result, you need to know that you are found, that when you’re found they can take action, and that you continue to manage your local and mobile search results and landing pages. Mobile marketing is more than just being found, of course, and includes what they will see and have to interact with when they visit your site from a mobile device.

Whether you do this yourself or use the Mobile Money Machine to do it for you, it’s critical that you stay on top of it month to month.
